Job purpose
The purpose of this role is to ensure the seamless integration and operation of various payment systems, facilitating efficient and secure payment processes for our customers. This involves managing and optimizing payment platforms like PaymentIQ (Devcode), configuring payment methods, monitoring transactions, resolving payment issues, and collaborating with both internal teams and external payment providers. By performing these duties, the role aims to enhance transaction reliability, support business expansion into new markets, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction in the FinTech industry.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience with PaymentIQ/ Devcode
- Hands-on experience with Jira for project management and issue tracking
- Solid grasp of how transactions are processed and managed
- Familiarity with PSP terminology and concepts
- Knowledge of Chrome DevTools for debugging and troubleshooting
- Previous work experience in FinTech industry
- Excellent written and oral English skills; Russian is a plus.
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Minimum of 1 year working with payments in a payment company
- At least 1 year of experience with PaymentIQ / Devcode
- Strong analytical abilities to assess and solve problems effectively
- Ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas
- Understanding of integration and customization processes for payment solution providers
- Experience working with multilingual teams is an advantage
- Great interest and knowledge of the FinTech industry and its regulations
Responsibilities:
- Work with PaymentIQ / Devcode and other payment aggregators to manage and optimize payment processes
- Generate, save, and set up API and secret keys
- Configure and manage routing, cascading, and currency exchange settings
- Monitor and analyze transaction errors, and resolve transaction issues promptly
- Set up callbacks to ensure seamless payment processing
- Configure payment methods for new markets and brands
- Communicate with payment providers and PaymentIQ to address payment-related queries
- Assist various departments with payment-related inquiries
- Collaborate with the onboarding and technical teams
- Create and maintain Jira issues for tracking and resolution
- Set rules for the rotation of payment methods based on customer requirements
- Help the team communicate effectively with new and existing payment providers
- Prepare tasks for analytical reports on conversion and payment processing
- Test and monitor the operation of the payment system with the team
- Respond promptly to force majeure situations
- Demonstrate initiative and independence in identifying and solving issues
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure their timely completion
