Job purpose
The Payments Onboarding Manager is responsible for overseeing the onboarding process of partners within the Payments department. This role involves managing the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth process and communication between the teams. The Onboarding Manager collaborates with internal teams and external partners to facilitate efficient and compliant onboarding processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payments operations, onboarding, or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of payment processing systems and industry standards.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the payments industry.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the onboarding for the new Partners, ensuring timely and accurate process
- Collaborate with Business Development Manager, Legal and Compliance teams to gather necessary documentation and information
- Collaborate with technical teams to configure payment systems based on partner requirements
- Ensure all the necessary legal and compliance documents are collected and verified during the onboarding process
- Act as a point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries, providing support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Gather feedback from external partners, and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process.
- Maintain clear and transparent communication with external partners and internal teams throughout the onboarding process.
- Provide regular updates on onboarding progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Handling the ad-hoc requests
