Job purpose
Purpose is to drive business growth and revenue by identifying and developing strategic partnerships, expanding the PSP base, and ensuring the successful implementation of payment solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience in the payments industry, with a minimum of 1 years in business development or sales roles.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Result driven, energetic and detail oriented, positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks to fit deadline.
- At least 1 year of experience working with payments at iGaming or at PSP
- A strong network in the payments industry
- A strong team player
- Great written and oral English language skills and Russian language is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business, through actively identifying new partners for existing markets.
- Development of the new markets.
- Actively and successfully managing the sales process from lead generation, negotiations, getting agreements signed, and then handover the deal to the configuration team
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the payment solutions and their features
- Conducting competitive analysis and gathering market intelligence to identify growth opportunities
- Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences
